Cardio-Box Class

Our Cardio-Box and Fitness class give students a challenging and intense workout to lose weight, feel energized and get in shape. Our cardio class is supervised by a trainer. The exercises take place indoors and outdoors, depend on the exercise schedule and which parts of the body get worked out during class. The students are provided with instructions and healthy meals to follow that help lose weight, build muscle and energy. The cardio classes are scheduled 3 days a week are shown in the schedule below.

Tuesdays    7:30pm - 8:30pm
Thursdays    7:30pm - 8:30pm
Saturdays    11:30am - 12:15pm
